Welcome to the official website of Neuroscience-Informed Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (nCBT). This site is devoted to current empirical studies in the modality. We recently completed a 12-month pilot study into the use of nCBT by counselors. Our second research study investigated treatment fidelity, alongside changes in counselor wellness and interoceptive awareness following an 18 hour training. In the near future, we will be looking for practitioners who are interested in learning nCBT and using the model with clients in their clinical practice.
